<Use Case> Realizing Smart Agriculture through Automation of Agricultural Machinery

Utilization for obtaining the travel trajectory of transplanting and harvesting machines.

As the population decline accelerates, the automation of agricultural machinery is effective for cultivating vast farmland. In Shikaoi Town, Hokkaido, "ichimill" has been adopted for cabbage harvesting in extensive farmland. It was used to learn the travel paths of the cabbage transplanter and harvester. Specifically, "ichimill" attached to the agricultural machinery acquires location information and saves data such as the locations where cabbage was planted, the area, and the time. By utilizing ichimill, it is possible to pinpoint locations when checking growth conditions using images captured by satellites or drones, thereby improving the accuracy of harvest timing predictions for each farmland and aiding in the setting of travel routes for automatic harvesters and transporters. Broccoli sorting automatic harvester

The labor force involved in harvesting has halved!

We are developing an automatic broccoli sorting and harvesting machine, which has a high potential need for mechanization but has not been realized due to technical difficulties and cost issues. We are transitioning to the applied development phase towards practical implementation in collaboration with the largest agricultural corporation in the country. Please feel free to contact us if you have any inquiries. 【Benefits of Implementation】 ■ Complete electrification (moving away from fossil fuels) ■ Noise reduction (no engine use) ■ Precise control capabilities ■ Development of unique construction methods ■ Automation of manual labor (tailored to the characteristics of the crops), etc. *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.
